📲 Telegram Notifications

Configure instant event notifications via Telegram bot.

🔧 Bot Setup

  1. Create Bot

    Open @BotFather in Telegram and create a new bot with /newbot

  2. Get Token

    BotFather returns a token like 123456789:ABCdefGHIjklMNOpqrsTUVwxyz

  3. Create Group/Channel

    Create a group or channel and add the bot as administrator

  4. Get Chat ID

    Use @userinfobot or API to get the chat ID

  5. Configure in OKITO

    Enter token and Chat ID in camera settings → Alerts

Group Chat ID is negative: -1001234567890
Private Chat ID is positive: 123456789

Cooldown is a Telegram sending rate limit, not a workplace absence timer. For Workplace, use Absence alert after (sec).

Event Grouping (Batch)

If multiple events of the same type occur within Batch (sec) seconds, they are combined into one message:
